1. Scope of Services
Concept Stand provides exhibition stand design and implementation services across the European Union, particularly Germany. Services are governed by EU Consumer Rights Directive 2019/771 and German Service Contracts Law (§ 611 BGB).

2. Contract Formation

Orders become binding upon the customer’s acceptance of our online proposal.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in EUR and include VAT (19% for Germany, local rates for other EU countries).
Payments accepted via bank transfer.

4. Intellectual Property

All design rights remain the exclusive property of conceptstand.com. Unauthorized use violates German Copyright Law (UrhG §106).

5. Liability Limitations

Per §536a BGB, we exclude liability for indirect damages unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Berlin Courts or International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Arbitration Rules.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German Civil Code (BGB) and EU Consumer Protection Laws.
